InCoCo specifically focuses on filling interim communication positions on board and management level. We take the interest of the client as our basic principle. We exclusively work with self-employed, well-established interim managers based on an assignment agreement.
InCoCo deeply values an open and direct contact with the client. Sincerity is of great importance to offer an optimal solution. We have to become part of all relevant information about the organisation, the internal culture and the position itself. InCoCo only accepts assignments which it believes it can complete successfully.
Filling higher positions requires the utmost precision. In addition to relevant education and work experience, candidates need to posses capacities that have added value, like strong analytical skills, excellent social skills, strategic perception and an undeniable perseverance. Every assignment will be treated with the strictest confidence.
InCoCo works for profit and non-profit organisations. Listed and non-listed.
The nature of the assignments differs considerably: it may concern a temporary replacement of communication managers, interim spokesmanship, but also offering support during projects like: crisis situations, mergers & acquisitions, setting up a communications department etc.
InCoCo delivers decisiveness.
