InCoCo is specialised in interim management and offers candidates challenging assignments on (senior) management and board level.

InCoCo cooperates with very experienced, self-employed interim managers who fit the basic profile below:

• At least ten years of relevant work experience, of which 4 to 5 years on management level
• Several assignments as interim manager completed successfully
• Experience in the field of strategic communication
• All-round experience in organisational changes (reorganisation, merger, efficiency improvement, implementation)
• Completed study on an academic or an equal level

Qualities we also look for in an interim manager which we believe contribute to a successful cooperation:
